About Roger

Roger is an engineer and numbers guy at heart, but also has a passion for making the people around him better at what they do (a people person?). I know that is a little unconventional, but it's true! 30 years of managing people will teach you what works and what doesn't when it comes to leading vs dictating.
Roger prefers to lead.
Besides loving numbers (both engineering and financial), he also loves the competition of sports. He still competes in soccer and ice hockey, plays golf when he can, tennis on occasion, and could be talked into playing softball or volleyball if the chance arose! No grass growing under his feet!
